William Knoch

William Knoch is a Vice President at Auctus Capital Partners. He is an accomplished business leader with a distinguished history of developing and driving growth strategies for global companies, and brings more than a decade of corporate finance, strategic advisory and business development experience.

Starting as a Research Analyst at Houlihan Capital, William identified and originated over $50m worth of deal flow in his first year with the firm and was hand-selected to represent the firm’s expansion into the UK at its Oxford office.

Prior to joining Auctus, he advised global healthcare and technology companies with Naseba Capital, an international fundraising and consulting firm based in Dubai, helping clients penetrate the emerging markets in the Middle East and Asia through capital raising, securing commercial partnerships, and other transactional advisory support. This allowed him to travel the globe and gain invaluable insight into different economies and cultures, deepening his investor relations experience by working closely with top-tier family offices, VCs, and private equity groups abroad. From 2010 to 2014, William served Madison Street Capital as a Senior Associate supporting clients’ corporate finance and M&A advisory needs, which followed his position at Houlihan Capital in Chicago.

William earned his Bachelors in Business and Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University. Outside of the office, he enjoys music, photography, reading, and fishing.
