Tom Carto

Tom Carto is the Director of Operations & Client Services at Auctus Capital Partners. He brings 15 years of experience leading organizations in both financial and operationally focused roles.

Prior to joining Auctus, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a Midwest-based aviation company, scaling the business from a startup to growth of over 20% annually over 7 years.  Additionally, Tom was the Portfolio Manager for Alpha Group, LLC, an NFA-registered commodity trading advisor and commodity pool operator. He also supported Breakwater Trading as a Fixed Income Trader, constructing and managing risk for a long / short volatility portfolio of options on Eurodollar and US Treasury futures, as well as a yield curve spanning fixed income portfolio over multiple OTC and derivatives markets.

Tom is a graduate of St. Norbert College, earned his MBA from Marquette University, and a M.S. Finance from Bentley University.
