Ronald Malone

Ron Malone has been consulting for over twenty-five years. Ron’s best known for being able to assist executives in implement business strategy. He brings a disciplined approach for implementing swift and effective change. The change strategies have varied. He has assisted in company mergers and acquisitions, shifting core business capabilities, redesigning sales organizations, establishing new distribution processes, and integrating shared/distributed services within operations.

He excels at assisting executive teams to move successfully from concept to execution. His consulting approaches are always fully dimensional and usually include both the socio and process aspects of the organization’s functions.

Ron was Executive Vice President of APQC Consulting Group. APQC-CG is world-known for its Benchmarking and Change Management clients and consulting capabilities.

Early in his career, at Boeing Company, he was a member of the leadership team that implemented process redesign at their largest manufacturing facility.

Ron’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Evangel University and a Master’s degree in Management Science from Friends University of Wichita, Kansas.
