R. Stewart Greisman

Mr. Greisman is a Senior Managing Director, and oversees the Auctus Capital Partners Business Growth and Owner Advisory practice. Prior to joining Auctus, Mr. Greisman ran his own management consulting firm, serving owners of small and mid-sized businesses. Mr. Greisman brings over three decades of experience advising business owners, both as a partner at two major CPA firms, and in his own firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Greisman has had substantial merger and acquisition experience.

Areas of focus for Mr. Greisman include accomplishing revenue growth and increased enterprise value through improvement in business processes and systems: Sales and business development; talent acquisition and development; accounting, management reporting, and capital management; and operations.

Mr. Greisman also helps owners solve strategic and tactical problems standing in the way of achieving greater success. And he assists owners in the process of planning for successful sales or transitions of businesses.

Over the years, Mr. Greisman has served on the boards and as an active member of several professional and charitable groups. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of the Exit Planning Exchange.

Mr. Greisman holds a J.D degree from Boston College and Bachelors in Political Science from University of Illinois.
