Muhammad Azfar
Muhammad Azfar is CEO and Managing Partner at Auctus Capital Partners, overseeing investment banking activities and the strategic direction of the firm. He brings nearly two decades of extensive financial and strategic advisory experience and has been directly involved in more than fifty financing and M&A assignments in his recent tenure, totaling over $1 Billion across a range of industry sectors including technology, healthcare, and industrials.
Prior to Auctus, he served as managing director and partner at MSC Advisors, held vice president and director positions at Houlihan Smith & Company, and analyst positions with Advisory and Intermediary Services, LLC. Muhammad has been quoted in national business news and global financial media for subject matter expertise and received numerous awards for outstanding achievement. He is a FINRA-registered investment banking representative and holds series 79, 82, 63 securities licenses, as well as series 24 general securities principal.
Muhammad is a graduate of Harvard Business School; a founding member of the Chicago chapter of Exit Planning Exchange (XPX); executive board member of 11.2 Ventures, a Chicago-based AI focused Venture Builder Studio; board member of Listing2Leasing LLC, a real estate technology company; and an active member of Chicago based non-profits supporting underprivileged and inner-city youth.
