Hemant Bajaj

Mr. Hemant Bajaj has worked in corporate finance for more than 15 years advising clients across multiple industries. Prior to joining Auctus Capital Partners, he was the Managing Partner of Rezzonance Capital, an advisory firm specializing in equity, debt, and M&A transactions within the Technology, Healthcare, Real Estate and Manufacturing & Engineering sectors. From 2006-2008, Hemant worked as a Vice President at Allegro Capital Advisors, supporting clients on cross border M&A transactions between the US, UK and India. He has also served in various consulting and project management roles at JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and Hewlett Packard.

Hemant holds a BE In Computer Engineering from the University of Pune (India), MS in Computer Science from the Illinois institute of Technology, and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
