Carl Cordova
Carl Cordova is a Managing Director at Auctus Capital Partners. He is a recognized leader with more than three decades of financial services and private equity experience, with demonstrated expertise advising companies across a range of consumer and industrial industries. Throughout his career he has managed more than $500 million of capital, has served on more than 10 company boards, and consulted for many companies and served as an outside director, including Hillerich & Bradsby, the maker of Louisville Slugger and TPX.
Prior to joining Auctus, Mr. Cordova founded Food Cottage & Co., a platform dedicated to investing in and/or advising businesses related to the food and beverage industry.
Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cordova, Smart & Williams, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. Mr. Cordova also served as a senior Principal with Electra Fleming, Inc., which managed $2 billion of assets of London-based Electra Investment Trust, PLC. He generated a top-quartile track record, and invested in companies in the restaurant, convenience store, media, and wireless telecom sectors.
Mr. Cordova earned an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Gettysburg College, where he was a Senior Scholar.
